Post N°5: My Future Job

Hi classmates! Do you enjoy the vacations about 18 of September? Well, I hope do you have a lot of entertainment moments, but now we have to start again the work in this blog. For this week I will talk to you about something very important, I will right about my expectations on a future job

Well thinking about my career, I want to specialize in the restoration’s area, because this thing, for me, is the perfect mixture between theory and practice: on the one hand you must have to repair, rig up, and have a handwork more plastic or craft, and in the other side you need to investigated about the pieces, the history of the thing that you will restored, inter alia. So for this reason I guess restoration is better for me

About the place for working, restoration depended of the object, you will work outdoors as much as indoors, if the job need more chemicals used is probably better that you have your labour in a laboratory or a site more specialized for the occasion, but if is a job more easy , even you could work in your house.

Well, finally, this Theory and History of arts is for me a career so important for have a good performance on the future in restoration, but is fundamental to have another studies, like a magister or something like this, more specific of the area to be a good employee in restoration

Post N°4 Free.themed blog

Hello everybody! Well, today the topic is about contemporary art, in this case I choose a Chilean artist called Cecilia Avendaño, that have in this moment an art exposition in the commune of Vitacura, here in Santiago, in the gallery called Patricia Ready
Well, She studied Art in this university and have an specialization in a type of art that use essentially the digital image for her works, well, The exposition called “E-merge” and is a construction of different characters based on a  archive of humans characteristic, so they are like boys or girls but really they don’t exist in the reality 
Other important thing in this artistic work is the emphasis that Cecilia Avendaño use for making the clothes of the personages, because they are very pompous and luxuriant, many of they are, in fact, an illusion of expensive raiment , and for the view is so important because attracts attention; the details that are made are really amazing 
The exposition finish of the next week, last day is Wednesday, so I I really recommended to visit, in my opinion “E-merge” it’s an excellent job, the staging is astonishing, and it worthwhile, also the Catalog of exposition is free and is so beautiful, so nowhere to be lost ajajjajaa

Post N°3 The best Holidays

Hi classmates! How are you? I’m so fine and very excited about the post that we have to do today, because the topic is about our best vacations, and last year I have the best of my life

I save up around 9 month for go to Uruguay with my best brined in the life, we were there for about 10 days and after that we take a kind of vessel (they called vessel-bus) I we went finally a week to Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Well, my favourite place was Uruguay, there we know two places: Montevideo and Punta del Este, but I really prefer Montevideo, there we meet a lot of people of many places and countries, we went to a lot of parties, and was the best experience in my life because the people of Uruguay is so beautiful, so friendly and they received us so good.

About Argentina, the place was less amazing than Uruguay but much cheaper,  so there we buy a lot of thing to ours friend, our family, and all the people. Also the books and the food was so cheap so we ate a lot of different thing, topcoat a lot of kind of pizzas

Post 2: Movies

Hello classmates !
as you know, the topic of this week is to write about movies! well, Actually i don't know too much about this, but i have some films that I really love. About my favourite kind of movies, they are the cartoon movies, but today i will not talk about that genre. I want to write about an important movie in my childhood: "Pay ir Forward", the protagonist is Haley Joel Osment, a boy that I really love, in fact other of my front-runner is "Artificial Intelligence"where he is also starring.  
Well, "Pay it forward" (2000) is a drama film directed by Mimi Leder that recounts a history about a student of the seven grade makes a proyect for the school. The topic of this proyect was to do anything for help the society, so he invent a chain of favors, for this he must have to help three people, and each of them will have to help three persons more. In this way a strange event could happen: the people started to help selflessly.

Well I really recomend this movie because you can learn a lot, also you will enjoy it, i'm sure.

Post 1: A COUNTRY I'D LIKE TO VISIT

Hello again classmates! 
Well, This post is going to talk about a place I want to know. Since childhood I have been drawn to meet Mexico, because I guess is a country with a lot of culture and many kind of differents traditions for example  the different conception of  death, they live the death like a process of the life, for these reason is so commun to see skulls with a lot of colors, and so cheerful.   
Also, I'm interested to have some study there because Mexico is a place with a lot of pre-columbian art and for my carrer is very important to know that, and have a real interaction with the sculpture or the works that are original of the district 
And finally the other thing that strikes me is the food, I really want to taste the culinary arts of Mexico because I have been told that use a lot of spicy ingredients that I feel I going to love a lot! 
I hope I can travel to this beautiful country in one or two years more, and drink the traditional mexican tequila  ajajajaja well, that was all for today, have a nice weekend

Post 10: Blogging Experience

Ooooh bloggers ’friends this is the last post! This semester is going to finish and I guess I will miss write here. Well, in this three years in the university I never do something like this, was a great experience, I was very entertaining doing this, also I laugh so much reading the post of my classmates or reading the comment that they write on my blog. Also I guess this work was very great for practices the writing because, in my case, is very difficult for me express in other idiom, so this was an opportunity for learn and also have a nice time.

In the future maybe we could write something related to animals, like our pets or something like that. I had been very exiting if I have to post about my cat Cisarro, I guess it could be a post very funny for the people that read this blog. Maybe, also we could write more about music, because is so important for the people!  Or in this specifically year I think that missed the football worldwide post because I know that many of my classmates are obviously on mode worldwide, like Damaris jajajajaja  

Well, that was all; I hope all pass this class whit excellent great because we are so good for English, in  fact I guess we are almost bilingual ! ajajajaja see you on English IV!

Post 9 : Your favourite writer

Hello everybody, today the topic is going to be about writers. First i want to talk to you about my preferences of literature. I really love the novels, in fact lationamerican novels. In this area I have two favorite writers: Mario Benedetti and Julio Cortazar.

Mario Benedetti is a Uruguayan writer. The first novel I read of he was “La Tregua”, that relates the love of a man called Martín Santomé that is ready to retire of him job because the age that he have and a very young woman that work whit he Laura Avellaneda. Also Benedetti write many poems that I really love, he is a romantic man, and you could fell in love when you read it. One of my favorites poems is “corazón coraza , “Arco irirs” well, I guess I love all of he. Benedetti died some years ago, on 2002

Julio Cortazar, in return, is an Argentinian writer that live a long time in Paris, in fact he died there. One of my  favorite text of he is “Instrucciones para subir la escalera” or “Instrucciones para llorar”, but my really favorite novel, indisputably, “Rayuela” that relates the love between Horacio Oliveria y Lucía but no like the common, not in a romantic way like Benedetti, otherwise like a metaphysical love , full of  strange situations and feelings. Well, I love that novel. Also in the actuality I want to read a book called “Historia de Cronopios y Famas”

Post 8: A career-related article / An expert in your field

Hello everybody! Today I’m going to write about an article of the restoration, but is not any kind of restoration, I going to talk about a famous bad restoration that happen a time ago.  I mean the restoration of the “Ecce Homo” in the hands of Cecilia Gimenéz.

This news have place in the town called “Borja”. There was a painting of Christ in a church’s wall, well it was poorly maintained, and that’s mean that was disrepair. In this context appear Cecilia Gimenez and wanted to restored the painting, but the problem was that she ruined the picture.   Now the Christ look so funny and misshapen, and all the people laugh when can see it. Also the biggest problem is that the restoration can’t be reversible, so the Christ is going to remain whit that form forever.

This article was important for my carrier because one of the specialists on theory and history of art could be restoration, and this example of how you don’t have to do a job y perfect to inspirited to do your work well, because no one want to be accepted like a bad restorer.

Post 7 : An Artist you admire

Hello friends! Today is a day to talk about art! Because of this I want to talk about an artist that a really love, Jose Garcia Chibbaro.  He is a Chilean artist that born here in Santiago at 1949. He was one of the precursor of fantastic art in Europe, in fact he participated in the organization of a group of painters that open the first museum of fantastic art in Germany.

A few years ago he was here, in a free exposition in Providencia, obviously I went to see them and for me was fantastic, I really love that experience, I was all the afternoon there, it’s was the most amazing moment for me. Another exposition that he had was about the colonization, but that was really shocking for me because the images are really sad and unhappy because represent the cultural destruction here in Latinoamerica, here is an example 

  

Well, for finished this post I put a photography of one of my favorites paint, also is so important for me because this was the first picture a known of him, It’s called Venice Carnival, and like the name said represents the festivity of that country.

Post 6: Your favourite film

Hello friend! Today I’m going to write about movies. Well, first is important to say that my favorite kind of movies is about cartoons, in fact I see only movies practically with these thematic.  I feel that they are more entertaining and funny; when I see them I can’t stop laughing. I like it because they are so light and always you can learn something. Another reason why I love it is because the cartoons are so cute, and you can play with every feature of the characters, also the scenery is so magic and nice the most of time.  The last movie I see, in the cinema, was ‘’Rio2’’. What an amazing movie! Y finish with a stomach age because I laugh so much, the people around me hates me because I was so excited, in fact I guess than my laugh sounded more that all the laugh of the children together.  I really recommend you to see this movie, the music is so sticky, and it will give you like dancing!

Post 5: My favourite photograph

Hello everybody, today I’m going to talk to you about photography, specifically one of my favourite Chilean photographers. Paz Errázuriz. And her exposition “The Boxers” 
 First  I’m going to talk about the Artist: She born here in Santiago at February 2 on  1944  but she studied in London, in the Cambridge Institute of Education,  She started from small to love the photography, so she takes pictures with a Baby Browning’ camera. She is a well know and influential person around the world, also she won many awards like, in our country, Altazor’s award on 2005. About their work, she used human models to evidence or criticizes actual problems that could be political, social, inter alia.
Well, about the exposition “the Boxers”, is a group of photos in white and black that show different persons that represents corporal sacrifice doing sport and heroic poses but with scared faces. This staging search ironically proves about the abandonment of the institute of the reproduction of social life. 
Well, here I adjunct one of my favourite picture of the photography set, I really love it because it’s like the man go out of the fight recently, so he is so tired but still remains with his entire team fight, is really amazing this photo for me.

Post 4 : "Gabismo"

Hi friend! well I could not write last week because I have not classes but today I going to talk to you some thing about Gabriel Garcia Marquez, about his literature and also his recent death.
About the literature, I guess he was a genius, even that I don't read too many books of his authorship. I  know the typical that make you read in the school like "100 años de soledad" or "Del amor y otros demonios", the last one was my favorite, I really love it
But, for be sincere I prefer other kind of Lationamerican writers that I guess are more important for the history of the literature, like Julio Cortazar and his new form of reinvent the language whit the lenguage of lovers: the Gíglico, also the way that he structure his  novel  Rayuela is very innovative for the history of the literature.
Returning with Gabriel García Marquez, he died recently and it was very sad for the people both in his country and in the world because he was the inventor of new concepcion on literature: he invents Gabismo. Well finally is important to said that his death is a big loss for the world but I feel that his in gonna be alive always while the people don't stop reading his books.

Post 3 : Your favourite piece of technology

Hey guys today I'm going to talk about technology, my favorite piece of this and also why and when I use it.
I'm really not very good using technology's devices because I prefer doing the thing with my own resource. I guess it's very useful for a good development of the society but I like things the old way, for example I prefer to see people before talking them only by internet, I think people expend more time with technology than having really fun with the people around them
However, if you ask me about my favorite piece of technology I must have to recognize that I use a  lot my cellphone, I used especially for the application of whatsapp, this is why I really appreciate the people who have wifi without password.
Also I used a lot my notebook to do my homework, like this blog, and to enter sometimes to my facebook, but most of time I used to do academic things.

Post 2 : Expectations for a new semester

Hey! how are you? well I'm very happy because y guess this weekend is gonna be so funny ! I hope yours too

About the university I want to have a great semester, so I will study a lot. I really love my carrer so I want to do well, overcoat in the subject "restoration workshop", because I would like to work on it in the future.  I would like to be the best restorative! jajaja

Well, this semester I want to do a lot of things. One of this things is learning about jugglings, in fact I work with this, I go to a semaphore in Avenida Matta with Sierra Bella twice a week and play with my flags, that's called swing, but this semester I really want to play with a juggling's toys called buugengs, They are part of the illusion of malabar.

Finally I want to show you some pictures of flags and buugengs, another day I will append some videos, your are going love it.

Post 1: Autobiography

Hi friends, my name is Fernanda Andreas and this is my new account of blogspot for my english class.
Well, first I'm going to talk you something about me. I was born here, in Santiago at 1993, i'm 20 years old. Actually i'm studing theory and history of arts in Universidad de Chile, I'm in my 5th semester and, I really love my carrier. In the future I want to work in the area of restoration because I guess is so funny.
Other important thing about myself is than i really love sports, I practice kickboxing about a year, also I transported just by bike around Santiago.
Finally I want to explain  you why the name of the blog: Cisarro el gato. Well, i'm really a cat lover, i have 3 beautiful cats in my house, one of them called Cisarro, because he is so bad, like the little offender so famous here, this is him
